  Drove over 30 minutes to let my kids play in the playset there. It felt as if the air conditioner was on. When I along with others complained we were told nothing g could be done about it.

  One if the worst manage McDonald's I've been in a while. Wife's cheeseburger the cheese was cold uncooked. The tables were filthy with trash icream on the floor underneath the table. Trash cans were full outside. It's not like they were under staffed there was at least 8 or 9 employees standing around worried about an employee the got pulled over by the local police. Not to mention giving out drink cups to them for free and them trying to get food for free on top of the drinks they got. Just say'in.

  We typically get great service at every McDonalds that we go to but on 3-3-17 my kids wanted to eat here at the Jonesborough location. First of all we had to wait a few mins. for someone to finally come and take our order. Then we had to ask 2 times to get our drink cups. The employee who finally gave us our cups were down right rude.We stood there and waited on our food for at least 10 minutes. After we ate my kids wanted a shake ,again we had to wait on someone to come up front,it took at least another 5 minutes to get them. We will never again eat at this location at night ever again. The employees need to learn how to smile and be nice. I realize fast food is not a easy job,but it only takes a second to be nice to your customers.
